August is Back To
School month for kids across America. The family dynamic changes as summer
vacation winds down. Trips to the pool, mall, or just "hanging out" with
friends are replaced by early mornings, homework, and shopping for the latest in
school fashion.
With the kids back in school and interest rates riding at
incredibly historic lows, now is an excellent time to assess your home's value
or begin your home search.
